  1. Do you ship to United States?
    Yes, we do. 
  2. Is the price listed for purchase or is it for rental?
    We do not rent items. The price listed is for purchase only.
  3. How much do you charge for shipping?
    The shipping prices varies depending on where it is going and how much the products weigh. To get a shipping quote for your product, please create an account online with us and add the items to shopping cart, the shipping rate will calculate itself depending on the weight and where it will be delivered. If you require bulk shipment by pallet, we can provide you a more acurate shipping cost by trucking companies. Please email us at info@sunhope.ca
  4. When does the items gets shipped after I finish placing my order?
    It takes 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your order (for stock items only). For domestic EXPRESS shipments, orders have to be placed before 1pm eastern standard time in order for it to be shipped the same day. International EXPRESS shipments are shipped out within one business day. Any EXPRESS orders after 3pm will be processed the next business day.
  5. When will I receive my order when I place it?
    Once we receive your order and the payment went through. We will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days (for stock items only). Item will be shipped from our warehouse in Markham, Ontario Canada via a major carrier like FedEx, UPS or other trucking company. We have no control of the carrier shipping time. However it takes average 2 to 10 business days of shipping time depending on the destination.
  6. Do you ship outside Canada?
    Yes, we do ship outside of the Canada. If you are not sure if we ship to your country or not, please contact us prior to placing the order. Please note that all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
  7. How do I get a sample of your product?
    You are welcome to order a single piece online with us. There is no minimum order. To keep our prices low, sorry we do not offer free samples.
  8. How long does it take for you to respond to an email?
    We try to answer all emails in a timely manner. Usually within 24 hours (excluding weekends or holidays).
  9. What type of payments do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, e-Transfer, cash, debit card and company checks.
  10. Do you offer pickup?
    Yes, we do offer pickup. Pickup hours are 9:30am-5pm eastern standard time.
  11. What is your return policy?
    • Free exchange or 100% refund for cracked or seriously damaged plates within 7 days after purchase date. Used Products are not eligible for return or refund. 
    • Re-stocking fee of 20% will apply for opened boxes for exchange or refund.
    • Shipping for exchange and/or returns to be paid by buyer.
  12. Which items are NOT returnable?
    Non-returnable items include all clearance items and items that are noted as non-returnable or non-refundable in the description.
  13. Is your website secure?
    Yes, we use GEOTrust SSL when you log in and check out.
  14. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
    Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  15. Are your prices retail or wholesale?
    The prices we have online are wholesale prices. We offer price breaks based on order quantity.
  16. Are your products machine washable?
    The charger plates arer NOT supposed to be machine washed. Please clean the plates with damp cloth only.
  17. Is there a minimum order amount?
    We do not have a minimum amount for ordering.
  18. Can I get a free sample?
    Sorry, to keep our prices low, we do not offer free samples.
  19. How come I do not see free shipping on my order?
    We do not offer free shipping at this moment. Our prices are at the bare minimal.
  20. Do you deliver on the weekend?
    Typically overnight shipment shipped out Friday will be delivered on Monday. Our deliveries are delivered on business days only excluding holidays. If you would like to have your order delivered on Saturday, please give us a call. There may be an additional charge for weekend deliveries.
  21. I am trying to match the colors you have to another company. Will your colors match the colors from the other company?
    No, our colors will not match the colors of another company. Every company have their own colors and we cannot guarantee that the colors from our company will match the colors from a different company. However we offer custom order. If you need any particular colors, please provide us with the Pantone color code and we can manufacture the plates based on your requirements.
  22. What will I expect when I receive your items?
    The items that we ship out comes directly from our warehouse as is, including any packaging that is with it. Please refer to product page for more details.
  23. How accurate are the colors that are displayed on your website?
    All of the pictures that you see on our website are pictures of our items when the first batch of that particular item comes in. There are several factors that affect how colors are display online. The color of the item that you see varies depending on the lighting at the time the pictures are taken and also possible through your monitor settings. The brightness and contrast on your monitor will affect the true color of the items that is seen.
